The Mask – The Mask 
The life of timid bank clerk Stanley Ipkiss (Jim Carrey) changes when he discovers a magical mask containing the spirit of the Norse god Loki. While wearing the mask, he becomes a supernatural playboy exuding charm and confidence and is one of the most memorably wacky characters ever in film.
Willy Wonka – Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory
Willy Wonka is the founder of the Wonka Candy Company and the inventor of fictional candy, such as Wonka Bars and Everlasting Gobstoppers. Wonka’s eccentric behavior, inventions, ignoring the rules of science and self imposed isolation and paranoia classify him as a Mad Scientist.
Joker – Batman
Appearing to be the most evil, deranged, and flat out psychotic killer of all comic book villains, The Joker is the primary antagonist of Batman. He is the complete opposite of Batman, in everything from appearance to ideals. The Joker views murder as sport, and will not hesitate to toy with his food before he eats it, even if said food are the men he has hired to work for him.
Zed – Police Academy
A bit of an obscure one but Zed McGlunk is the crazy nutjob, gang leader in the first Police Academy. His squeaky, angry rants made him a stand out character and a lovable loon with some great lines.
Jack Sparrow – Pirates of the Caribbean
Captain Jack Sparrow (Jonny Depp) walks with a drunken swagger and slurred speech and his slightly unhinged, eccentricity makes him a joy to watch.
